What's the difference between toxic and difficult? Toxic people are like crabs. If you put the crabs in a box, they can't climb alone. They will climb on top of another crab, drop it down and then climb. And difficult will keep making you stronger. Difficult people will give you compliments. They will give you encouragement. They will tell you, I know that you can do better. You're giving up. This is not okay. Do it better. You will go back, but they will not tell you, you did this. Not possible. Drastic difference.
