At a time in my life when everything was perfect on the outside, I was feeling really hollow on the inside. And that's when I found myself in a place called Dharamshala. I saw these posters all over that very quaint little town and saying 10-day silent meditation course. I went in for 10 days and it was the most horrible thing that I've ever done in my life.
