Before this, we had an NLP expert. He said that when boys are sad, they get angry. And when girls are angry, they cry. Because boys are told that they can't cry. And girls are told that they can't get angry. So they find different ways. But they don't understand that actually by crying, you express yourself. And actually you can normalize how you're feeling. But they actually create a pressure cooker.
