Children don't inherit our words.They inherit our nervous systems

When I look at parenting in today's age, I see children being anxious. I see that we are often giving chaos to our children. And they are inheriting our own imbalances at some level. And that's not the lesson. Today, it's about collaboration. But it's not about competition anymore. We have so much. We are literally, I think, in a world of abundance. Let's enjoy together as a community. And develop our relationships is more important. We need to be passing on these messages of love, affection, empathy versus being hustly, brutal and cutthroat.
